The penthouse property in Mayfair was renovated completely by our skilled contractor and a new classic contemporary style was designed to give a luxurious layout and ambience.
We added in a new elegant neutral palette kitchen with light marble effect worktops and metal accents. Both the roof terraces had a complete restyle to maximise the views across St James. We commissioned for the top floor roof terrace a new stainless steel circular feature sculpture and faux foliage on the walls creates a wonderful enclosed dining area leading off the new mirrored gym area with bespoke joinery.
The main reception area had the existing wood parquet refinished, and the furniture positioned to compliment the fireplace. Tall bespoke high gloss wood joinery cabinets were designed with antique mirror niches and metal detailing and motorised curtains and blinds commissioned. We also enhanced the adjoining dining area with the wall mounted TV on a motorised bracket and the green butterfly Perspex artwork compliments the newly enhanced balcony.
The master bedroom was given a neutral palette with both ensuite bathrooms remodelled in wall-to-wall marble with unique glass wall lights. A dressing room was created from the third bedroom and this allowed us to add in show wood veneered storage with handmade metal decorative handles.
Our client’s artwork was carefully hung and we added in our clients own existing collection of antique books and leather wing chair. We have created for them a home from home in the centre of the bustling West End.
